Ripoff, Never delivered promised item

I have sent numerous emails and have sent certified letters to this "company" asking about my gift status. They have not delivered as promised.

I have sent the certificates to them 3 times. The final time was via certified US Mail and I received a receipt of acceptance. They have ignored all requests that I have made.

These crooks are in violation of interstate commerce protections and have defrauded hundreds, perhaps thousands of consumers. This original offer was a long-standing offer on Yahoo.
