I was sent an approval certificate from CapitalChoice Consumer Credit with a guarantee of 5,000.00 asking me to send in a $39.00 membership fee. Well when balancing the check book I found out of a pre authorized payment, this is when I found out I was Scammed!!! What a business, can we all say SUCKERS. RitaDHS, California
