Opening: "You are sworn to secrecy. Absolutely confidential."

OK, if you get this from ANYONE, please, be suspicious. Legitimate companies WANT to spread the word. Next, they do not provide a telephone number, physical street address. Second big hint that you are being scammed. Also, if it is so "secret" why are they mentioning the other 'winners" names? Please, it's a scam. Report them to the authorities, your state representative, the sheriff's dept, everyone you can think of... Especially the post office!!! Take the letter, envelope to the post office and report it!!!
