Designer Clothing Plus - Plants R Us - The 24.99 Shop RIPOFF - FRAUD - DOES NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED $40K!

At the beginning of last year, we bought a LOT of clothing and plants... Supposedly the clothing valued at $40-45K and plants valued at $8-9K. There was supposed to be 2000 items of clothing alone. We are not even at the 1500 mark and I haven't even come close to making 1/5 of my money back - the clothes were supposed to be NEW WITH TAGS/NEW WITHOUT TAGS/and a FEW gently used... What a joke. I would say MAYBE 25% HAS BEEN NEW - MOST ARE VERY used, some with spots cut out of them, some with holes, generally in awful condition.
Over the last year, when I have emailed him (phone# is not valid) he always has an excuse... Job problems... Family issues... No workers... Workers stealing from him possibly... Clothing must have been stolen during shipping... It goes on and on.

There was a computer and camera with this auction - none of the (additional) software (Excel, etc) is valid because he can not locate the Product Auth code... Which makes the software un-useable. Nor was any information/manual sent with the camera.

I have REPEATEDLY tried to contact him concerning this but all attempts have failed.

On his website, he claims to be a Christian man and everything he does is for Jesus... This type of person... To me... Is NOT a Christian. His dealings with buyers on a MAJOR auction website are negative, and according to some of the feedback comments that were left - are at the same point we're at - just don't know WHAT to do.

I have emailed the BBB and Atty General Consumer Proection Office but not sure of what either will do.

Just wanted to voice my own personal RIPOFF!!!
