I received an Order of Judgement against Linda Therssen on May 6,1998, wherein she was ordered to pay me the monies due over $13,000. Since then, she has not made even an attempt to repay me or make restitution. The Order of Judgement was written so as interest would accrue at 19.8% until the debt was paid. As of today, this would bring the total amount outstanding to $24,706.73.
If there is anyway you can help me recover my monies, I'd be so forever grateful.
