Work At Home Scam! Refusing to refund!

Fast Cash at Home offers 12 money making programs that you can buy for $129. They also offer a 90 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% completely satisfied. I figured if I didn't like it I could just get my money back. I bought all 12 programs, and then realized it wasn't what I was looking for. A week later I e-mailed them asking for a refund. That was almost 2 months ago. During those 2 months I have e-mailed them several times, and they have either e-mailed me back trying to get me to change my mind (the same exact e-mail every time), or they have just not answered back.

They have several e-mail addresses on their sight, and I have tried e-mailing them all several times. I also found an address:

I wrote them a letter explaining my situation and once again asked for a refund, and that was 3 weeks ago.

I have been trying to get a refund from them since December 15th, and it is now Feb. 6th! They are just ignoring my request!
