My spouse and I had just moved into our newly built house when the first pieces of mail we received was from a company offering us 'a free gift'and welcome to the neighborhood. The notecard said 'call us to claim'. I didn't call the first time they sent the notecard out. I don't even think I called the second time the sent a card out. I finally did call and some cheery woman on the other end wanted to set up an appointment with us so we could come see her wonderful showroom and claim our free prize. We didn't have anything to do, so we went.

What a huge mistake!!!

I wish we never would have went there. They are full of sh*t. Granted, it was our fault for signing up for the outrageous $2000 membership fee. "We can break it down into affordable monthly payments for you". We had just bought a house and thought we could save on new furniture, etc. After about a month, we went into the showroom by ourselves. You have to look through hundreds of books to find what you're looking for. Most of the time they don't even have what you need.

After that first visit, we never went back. They have been constantly calling us at home leaving messages, "Where's your payment?", and even calling me at work. They supposedly sent letters in the mail too. So they say. We only received one. STALKERS! When we tried to get out of the contract we supposedly only had 2 days to change our minds. 2 days!!! So we were stuck paying this rip-off company or they would report us to the credit bureau.

Do not fall into the trap of uniway in savannah, ga!!!

Oh yeah, our free gift was a 3 day hotel stay to some place like Orlando (we had places to choose from. None of the places were to an exotic location). But guess what? We have to pay for the travel expenses and food. What a crock of sh*t. We didn't go.
