Scam, ripoff

I received a phone call and I was under the impression that I would receive a booklet for the price of $19.95 for shipping and handling.instead I was charged $49.95 and then I tried to cancel my account from the company and I was told it was canceled. Then the next day I was charged $299.95. I called and they were still trying to sell to me a product.

I did not give them authorization to charge my account for the amounts of $49.95 and $299.95 and the still went ahead and did it without authorization.
