Ripoff fraudulent billing

I found (2) charges on my checking account from ICheckTech of 21.95. I am a hard working individual trying to support my family. These charges caused my checking account to have NSF fees both times. NSF fees at my bank are $17.00. This comes to a total of $77.90. I know this is not much money, but it is alot when you are just making ends meet. My bank said all that they could do is let me do a Stop Payment which cost me 7.50. They also said that they could not refund my money even though I told them I gave no one permission to do this. They then told me to contact ICheckTech and maybe they would give me my money back. You can never talk to anyone there. They are always away from their desk. Even if ICheckTech gave my money back I would still be out 34.00 NSF. What is a person to do. OH YES! The charges were fo Roadside assistance.
