Took money from my checking account for services I didnt wnat or have ripoff

Jan. 112006 they took 139.95 from my accout and I went to the bank to pay the over draft that they had caused. I had been on the phone when them and told them I had never filled out a app for a credit card nor did I want want one so the lady on the phne saidi she would send paper work on getting my money returned to. But later on that day afer my banker had taked to the company the money showed up in my account.
Now it happened again Jan. 21.2006 poof money gone 139.95 out of my account going to have to do the same thing agaon pay the over draft call them on the phone and fight to get mt money back then close down my account so this don't happen again I guess.
