Ripoff took money and did not stay to their word

This company blue hippo told me that the first two payments would HAVE to come out weekley then i could call into 800 # and have them switch it to mthly and when i tried they told me i couldnt so i told them i wanted to listen to my phone conversion with deanna and they told me id have email them to request this so i have now im still waiting for them to let me hear it cause i know im right, they also where suppost to call me back and let me know what this deanna so called said before taking anymore $ out of my account and they didnt so i called in and told them they are now no longer allowed to take $ so im on my way to bank this am to make sure they cant take anymore, but i need to know if anyone is trying to sue these ppl to get $ back and if they are what can i do to join? I wish i would have known about this site before i got w / this company, i just hope that me emailing all my freinds and them emailing all their freinds and ect. That this will help to put a stop to this SO CALLED company! HELP on the sueing thing if anybody is and if not lets get together and start please.
