Ripoff, dishnonest fraudelent billing

From Urban Nutrition based on the information given in a website. These details were on the site menioning a MOTO RAZAR VX Hand Phone free if these were ordered online.

As mentioned by them the total payment was $38 for both the products i.E. Shipping $15 Insurance $1. These amounts when converted to Indian Rupees it would be a Sum of Rs. 1824. But when I checked with my Bank I came to know that an amount of Rs. 4,500 has been withdrawn from my Credit Card by them
where-in they were supposed to draw only Rs. 1,824.

This is a mere violation by the company towards the faith of a customer like me. I need to know the reason for this and I sent them a mail request requesting to send me back the additional amount that has been withdrawn from my credit card. But I was not able to get any reply from their end and without my consent they have sent me a pack of their medicine for 1 month worth

I request you to kindly look into this matter and please take decisions where people are cheated in this manner.
