Ripoff, charged to credit card without authorization

I ordered a "free" sample of Lean Life PM for a nominal shipping cost of $6.95. Only a few weeks later they charged to my credit card $99.90 dollars for an extra supply that I did not order. I do not want these and I refuse to pay the company any further. The problem remains that seeking contact information besides a physical address is incredibly difficult.

This is outright thievery and I will not stand for it.
