Fraud, lied to my grandma, negative balance twice when perfectly in the positive

This first started when my grandma called me asking me for the number of my account. She said she'd won $7,000 from the Government. I didn't believe it. However, her name was on the account as well so I couldn't really say no. After a few days I didn't see anything in my account. So I let it go out of my mind.
2 months later I go back to my bank and ask them why is it after putting 532.60 into my account I only had a balance of 145.60?
My attendant printed off a bank statement and said "this might help." I looked at what she circled. 299.95 was written.
I was a bit confused, why was this not labled? Then she told me that there was a copy of the check that I supposedly wrote. Much to my surprised it was for Advantage America. I called the number, they had no idea what I was talking about. They played back a voice recording. It was my grandma saying "ok whend o I get my money?" and they told her the next 72 hours.
Come to find out they were taking money out of my account. A few here and there. 54.00,27.00,54.00,27.00,299.95... This is still going on but I am currently taking care of it soon as the bank opens.
