Overdrafted my checking account

I ordered two cartridges from them on 12/31/05- I had an online coupon that I did not get to enter on the order so I sent them an email 1 MINUTE after I ordered asking them to cancel the order.

I reordered the two cartridges with the discount applied. Never thought anything about it until I got an email on the 1/9/06 stating that they were really busy and for me to call them. I looked on my bank account online and found out that they charged me for both - never cancelled the order, credited the order, nor shipped the first order. (But charged me for both).

On my bank account - It caused my account to be overdrawn due to the double order. When I called and spoke with the owner of the company, he refused to refund me for the overdraft fees and only credit me for both orders (the one they owed me anyway!!!) Filing a report with the BBB of California - Apparently, they have an "F" rating anyway and are not bothered by it!
