Ripoff

I am a very angry senior citizen.

After purchasing Mr. Trudeau's book "Natural Cures" (which was a rip-off in itself) I was told my bill would be $34.00 (for fast delivery), but was never told I had to pay $71.40 for newletters. Without my authorization this money was taken out of my bank account.

After making about 20 calls, and talking to about 20 people, I was told it would go back into my account.
The money has never been put back and after calling customer sevice, lie after lie has been told.

How can the media allow this to be done to people. Is there any JUSTICE ANYWHERE. How can people know this is being done, and go to work for these companies every day with a smile on their face.
