Ripoff took money lied and refuses refund and closed down.in court now lieing to court

I signed a contract to have a doorway in windows put in my house. That was thru Window planet LLC. The salesman told me the owner of the company was Lisa Donovan. I have a business card he gave me with her name and it says President (Lisa Donovan). Now I signed the contract in May to have the work done before July 1st. Never happened. They said stuff was on back order. They never ordered anything for my job. I checked with the better business bureau and they said Lisa Donovan was the owner of the company. Now there attorney Richard Forence of Ely & True, says she is not the owner of the company nor ever was. I have a civil lawsuit against them in which there attorney (richard Forence) quoted Lisa donovan is living ob social security and does not have the money to pay back my $2,100.00 for my deposit. And he stated she was not the owner. That there is no owner of the company, because he died in november.

Lisa donovans husband was the owner of it until Nov. 2004 when he passed away. He was also owner of Jarar windows which is now Nu-Sash of cincinnati. Donovan-Larkin properties. Mckee - Donovan properties and choicedot net. Along with others. And window planet. Now the property of window planets location when John Michael donovan passed away. Just sold the same week I put my lawsyuit in to the courts in Mason Ohio. It sold for $879,000.00 and that was just for the building which had a value of less than $200,000.00. It was sold to his partner who already owned it in McKee rentals. Ronald Mckee owns NU-SASH of indiaapolis and, cincinnati and 2 other locations. And owns several other businesses.
John michael donovan and Ronald mckee Bought property and sold it back and forth between there companies for crazy amounts of money.

I don't have an attorney. No one will help me. And I recieved a letter stating I cannot file a claim in the estate of John Michael donovan for my money back.

Lisa donovans attorney makes it soundlike She can barely make it on her own.By what i'm told by there own salesmen that they have a 500,000.00 Plus home and Millions of dollars. And the building that was in her husbands name sold the same week i put my civil case in Mason courts. So I need to know what to do. I have to defend myself in court. And I have evidence stating she is the owner of the company and I want her to pay. There is 100's of thousands of dollars they took from people. I have a police report from milford police stating that she was the owner of the company and she was gonna straighten everything out. She is denying this even though I have the proof. Sgt. Jamie Mills Milford Police took the report. Can you help me out at all. I need the money desperatley. I have a whole in my front door and my a/c and heater are burnt out Because of this. Running 24 hrs a day until burnt up. I have a 10 yr old daughter and I couldnt buy her one thing for christmas this year. My wifes mother did for her though. I feel so bad But im trying to save to get the new heater system. And I have no credit because I can't work. I had back surgery in may of this year when i signed the contract with these jerks. If possible please help. I called you when this first happened and you never called me back. So i'm beging now to please help. Thank you
