Ripoff Unethical breeder stole my $200. And tried to sale the puppy that I reserved to someone else while I still had a deposit on it. Refuses to give my money back. Cheater, liar, BAD BREEDER

Unethical breeder took my $200. To reserve a sheltie puppy then turned around and sold my reserved puppy to someone else and I found about it. They now refuse to refund my money. I have the copy of the cashed check where Jeanne Whalen cashed it and now refuses to give a refund.

Jeanne Semet Whalen has called my house on several occasions and cursed me. They still have my $200. Deposit after several months. Jeanne Whalen has continued to send harrassing e-mails to me threatening to do bodily harm. Their business is a sheltie (shetland sheepdog) breeding kennel and a grooming shop.

This person is not only a crook but also a liar and someone that evidently has major mental issues.
