American poets scoiety ripoff-they took my poem about my son and my money

I wrote a Poem for my son when he was a baby, I then entered it in a poetry contest and they said i didnt win but i could have it pulblished. They said it would cost $47 to buy the book it would be in so i sent them that money then i also had a dedacation but in it for my son.
When they sent me the papers to make sure everything was right my grandmother bought a book too. Now here it is 8 months later and no books. Dont let them get away with this!!!
