Fraudulent and deceiptful practise, ripoff

A US-based company is trading as a UK internet company, using the name 'mydv.co.uk'. They appear to run a deceiptful policy of issuing a receipt for the listed value, then making an unauthorised debit for a larger value from the customer's account.

They claim to have excellent customer service, but they have not replied to numerous attempts to contact them by webmail or telephone.
