Thieving company, unauthorised withdrawals from bank account ripoff

On the 19 November I purchased a Sony PSP on behalf of a friend using my credit card. I ordered from a company named mydv.co.uk. The company appeared to be a UK based company with a London telephone number.
I was told that the item was to cost 169.95 and so entered my card details. I immediately received confirmation that my order had been placed.

A few days later when I had not heard anything from the company I decided to give them a ring, I was assured that the item would be dispatched and delivered to me that week. The psp did not turn up at the weekend and in the meantime I received my visa bill which stated I had also been overcharged for the product.

Again, I contacted mydv.co.uk (which I should also state must have taken me at least 100 calls each time I have rang to eventually get an answer and most days I didn't get an answer)

Mydv explained that they were an english company but they banked in the US and that was the reason for the overcharge. The stated that the money would be refunded to my account as a matter of urgency. I am still waiting to this date for the refund.

I have contacted mydv on a daily basis (or at least tried to contact them by telephone) each time I am told that the item is on its way and that I will receive it within a few days.

It is now the 18 december and I have neither received the ordered product nor a cash refund from mydv as I have now requested.

I have contacted the FBI and also the AG for Massachusetts with regards to my complaint and have received info that they are trying to get this company closed down.

My friend is a single parent who now has no christmas present for her little boy due to this company.
