I applied for a free online credit report, then 2 months later I am charged 14.95 out of my checking account which I did not give permission to do and also an overdraft fee of 32.00, I called this company to see what it was and complained to them that they did not have the right to do this seeings how I did not give permission so they put the 14.95 back into my account but would not pay the overdraft they said it was not their fault and they would not pay it. This company is a scam they did not send me my report and they are taking money out of peoples accounts without permission, something needs to be done about this.
