Zibus charged credit card twice, won't give money back, scammers, ripoff i want 40.00 back mickey-mouse company

I was on zibus.com web site and i was interested in the dropshipping part of the company. When i finished the application it said that there was a mandatory 19.99 application fee. So i typed in my credit card and pressed enter. The screen flashed and it came back that my address did not match the one on the card. So I thought that maybe that card was maxed out so i put in another card, thinking that since the addresses so they say don't match they didn't charge me. Ha Ha Ha wrong they got me on both credit cards and i was still unable to access the site.

I wan't my money back. I tried filling out the documents for the contact us page and it has been a week and i have heard nothing. Its a scam and they ripped me off for 39.98. What a joke.
