Ripoff Raised hopes, just to dash them, annoyance turned to anger, disbelief at nerve

Today I received an " OFFICIAL DELIVERY MESSAGE" from International Sweepstakes Reporter. It confirmed my winnings of $424,169.11. All I had to do was sendback the validation portions along with $21.95 and for rush processing an extra $2.00.
From the start I suspected that this was a scam, but to be perfectly honest, I thought..."Maybe" But good sense kicked in and I did some research and found this website.
Imagine my surprise at exactly how many people had been, or nearly been scammed by these people.
I truly hope that some day the authorities will be able to stop this company and others from taking advantage of decent hardworking people.
