Never received my paper, got charged for it and never received any response, ripoff

I ordered a report with a 3 day deadline and I am now on the 5th day. I have sent multiple e-mails and even faxed a request of the status of my essay ordered and have heard nothing. They also already charged my cc so I am going to attempt to get a refund but I doubt that will happen since they do not have a telephone number that you can call.
