Models4promotions.com worked hundreds of hours owed $1000's for modeling work no payment ever recieved

I signed on with Perfect 10 models in Indianapolis Indiana and started working promotions, tradeshows, and such starting on May 12th. Since May 12th I have worked hours and hours generally 6 hours per promotion and I have worked around 40-50 promos. I have earned thousands of dollars for these promos, and I haven't recieved a cent.

In our contracts it states that we will recieve payment within 90 days of promos worked, and it has been almost 8 months and I haven't recieved a single check. I contacted the company SEVERAL times regarding my payment, and they always had excuses as to why they hadn't sent it to me.

I am 19, and my mother felt they were taking advantage of me and decided that she too wanted to contact them. When Heather Dill, Perfect 10 owner, was contacted nothing was resolved.in the past month Heather has lied so many times it is insane. She lied to not only my mother about sending my checks out, but 2 weeks ago I recieved a letter from her stating that she had sent me another check... Conveniently this came when I was asking her for a copy of my contract for my laywer... Not only did the check never come, she never sent me my contract either.

When I contacted the BBB of Indianapolis I found that the company had an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB and was listed on the Hot Topics page as a scam that not only affected many young women in Indianapolis, it also had THE LOWEST rating a BBB office can give to a company. They were contacted numerous times by the BBB and never responded.

The only responses I got myself from the company were absolute lies and denial on their behalf. I have emails from them that document everything I am accussing, and documents that disprove everything they are accussing me of... They understand this, and so they do not respond. If they respond to this report I can disprove everything they say and will be more than happy to do a rebuttal myself with copies of emails that I have.

I am owed thousands of dollars from this comapny through the hundreds of hours I worked for them... Do NOT sign with this company... It is a complete scam, I only wish the bbb had their report up sooner, before I signed with them. They currently have a few hundred models signed with them, and multiple no pay reports filed against them... They are dishonest people, that not only do not pay their models, but run a MULTITUDE of dishonest practices at their agency that affected me directly, the non payment was the straw that broke the camels back.
