Me and my husband got this letter in the mail today saying that my husband was pre approved for a platinum card membership with a guaranteed 10,000.00 and wanted us to send them 37.00 dollars and then they will send us the card there is no bank affiliation then it say applicable law arkansas with 5% apr i thought that did not sound right so i tryed to find it on the internet and i found out that someone eles reseved the same latter as we did this is a ripoff and a fake if anyone gets a latter like this dont belive it its a fake a ripe off and one more thing they spelled my husband name woung to
