Ripoff fraudulent, sweepstakes infromation

I received a (so-Called) Important Letter saying that my 1,900.000 was won by me from my entering a sweepstake & I won. It was my final notice that I was going to get. If I could send them the 19.95 fee They would send me my money.

Its the second letter I received from them. Beleive it or not the first time I sent the money & I got nothing. Second time now, shame on Them! Something should be done to them. I am reporting them again, but nothing seems to stop them. Don't be scammed please. If you receive one of these letters, burn it.
