WLI Reservations Rewards

I made a purchase on line, using my debit card, from Brylane Home. Now I noticed twice on my bank statement that $9.00 was taken out twice from WLI Reservation Rewards.

This also caused 2 overdrafts on my account of $32.00 each for a total of $64.00

They have credited the 2 $9.00 amonts back, but promised to send me a check for the $64.00, which they have not done. I believe this should be illegal to do, and also the companies that you purchase from should keep the debit card numbers confidential. This will stop me from purchasing on line.

To me this is identity theft, and fraud. What can I do about getting my $64.00 back?
