I received an email from this gentleman. Apparently, he is a barrister. He represents someone called Steve who worked with Chevron Oil Development, Nigeria. There was an accident and people died. Abuja Express Road. He made enquiries to the U.S. Embassy to locate his clients, unsuccessfully. He tried to locate his relatives over the Internet, unsuccessfully.
He contacted me. I don't know why. I never heard of him.
He wants to repatriate the money left by his client in a bank, $32 million dollars.
He wants my consent to name me as next of kin to claim the fund to transfer the money to my bank account.
Upon receipt of the fund, he will come over to me for disbursement of the fund. 55% to him and 40% for me on expenses occurred.
He requires my honest cooperation to carry through. This will be executed by arrangement to protect me from breach of contract.
