Ripoff. Did not stop billing after cancellation

I tried their $6.95 trial offer. They sent it to me. I immediately sent a cancellation e-mail, as instructed, well before the 2 week trial period was up. However, at the end of the two weeks I was promptly charged for $108.00 for another supply. I e-mail, no response. I call, wait for an hour, and leave a message. No replies, no service. Ripoff!
