Rip Off, Scammers, DisHonest Patricia Anderson Beware

My husband and I were promised a trip to Hawaii for 8 days 3 people the week of the 16th in September. On September 9th 1 week before departure Patricia Anderson emails us from BearCountry Vacations and says you either have to rebook or request refund. Well my husband was already on his 2 week vacation so we couldn't rebook. We emailed her back on the 9th and told her we wanted to cancell and requested form for refund. She sends us the form my husband fills it out on the 10th of September it's in the mail. Well since then we have tried emailing her that is a joke she just vanished you call the phone # 310-507-0159 and you can't talk to any one it's a automated answering service. We have contacted the Better Business Bureou in California And the Attorney General's office trying to get our money back so far nothing. We have also contacted the consumer travel for restitution in California.
