Credit Card Fraud, Extortion, Theft of Cash, Internet Scams RIpoff Mazatlan Sinola

The individual named in this report is a fraud and a con-artist. He has scammed me out of thousands of dollars under the pretenses of a partnership in a web site.
He used the fraudulent identity of a retiring US Marshall to entrap my wife and I into an internet scam that yeilded nothing but an empty bank account and massive credit card debt. He conned me into revealing my credit card information to help with the promotion of the web site and proceeded to max out my card within a months time and left me holding the bag.

He also stole a considerable ammount of cash from my wife in Mexico, when she went there to consumate the partnership and set up a bogus bank account. He stole the cash, then abandoned her penniless in a strange and dangerous city in Mexico.

After dealing with the Attorney Generals Office here in the State of Texas, we discovered that Raymond Abreu Jr. Was a wanted man by Federal and Local authorities, having been convicted in 2002 on other charges, and sentenced to 33 months in a Federal Prison, from which he fled to Mexico to avoid the punishment.

I was able to asssist the authorities in luring him across the border, at which time he was captured and hauled off, to face the now more serious charges awaiting him. I hope that if anyone else has be victimized by this predator, you will come forward and be heard as well.
Additional charges may be added to his complaint at any time and every thing that can be done to ensure his removal from society, permanently, should be acted upon.
