Ripoff fraudulent offers for government grants

They called me and said i had qualified for a grant of 12500 and 500 would be there in a few days. I recieved nothing and they keep charging my bank account. I was out of state getting married when the letter came to call them and cancel or be charged by the time i realized it was too late.

They are still charging me monthly for a bogus health plan and a charge on my phone bill too which i can not get them to take off. They sent me the credit card too, i never even activated it so why are they charging me?
