On 8/28/05 I purchased 1 HP Pavilion Desktop computer bundle and 1 HP All in one Deskjet printer. Had to return the computer as the hard drive was broken, that was 3 days later.
On 9/01/05 the same thing was wrong with that one, called HP had hard drive fixed on that one, cost me $35.00 even though it was under warranty for 1 year sent in for my (rebates) that week still have never heard anything!
I have $90.00 worth of rebates owed to me, now their saying, they never received them or not the right codes etc. Same problem everyone else is having. Calling BBB in the morning. Hope to get some results! Todays date is: 10/20/05.
