I received a letter in the mail from LVAAP indicating I was confirmed for prize winnigs of $3,341, 006.00 and that I needed to send them $20 to for a "report-release" fee. Sounded like a scam, so I immediately got on the internet and found several consumer complaintss. Beware!!!
