I am looking for indivuals or companies that would like to join me and a few others in a class action law suit against this company. We have been totally robbed and ignord by this company. We can no longer even talk to a representative from this company. Their 1-800 customer service number says they are too busy to even talk to their customers. The only way to contat them now is thru an internet address which yields no help what so ever. We had requested our calling plas to be changed as of October. We have yet to get those calling plans after we were told by Mr. Rodriguez the plans would be changed and we would be credited back for a month. Now, he is no longer with the company. Worldcom refuses to credit us for over 500.00 worth of charges on our bill that were incurred due to Mr. Rodriguez's apathy and lack of concern for the customer. I will not pay these fees. I have never even receved a contract or a copy of any contract or any paper work tying me to worldcom or this phone. I am shocked and appalled by their treatemnt, their rudeness, and the fact that they seem to think they are above the law. Consumers have rights. If you would like to join us in the law suit, email me. I am not one of those angry customers that threatens to sue. I am a royally p*ssed off customer that is GOING to sue and I am not alone in this. If you want justice, join me. There is safety in numbers. Thank you.
