Fahbp is a rip off company and they lie to you & the employees are very rude & ignorant to their own company services, amazing to me!

I have never called for their services that I did not have to talk and repeat my problem to at least 3 or 4 people to get any service out of the. They send out unlicensed & incompetent people into your home. I have had several problems with them. But the last one was yesterday. My valve on my water well was old and leaking. A Samantha Havas in the California claims dept. Sent me a letter stating"In regards to your well coverage, your contract states all components and parts are covered if normal wear and tear".

I called this problem in to them two weeks ago.

Yesterday I took off work early to meet a plumber to change the valve, they sent an incompetent, smart alect, rude guy named michael from Atlantis plumbing, it was very plain he didn't want to come out and fix my problem. He even slapped my small pug dog away from him, and he removed all my insulation and could not fix the problem and tells FAHBP the valve is not connected to what goes into my house.

Now I have to go all over it again with FAHBP, as the valve is a covered item. The time before I had a busted pipe and water going everywhere and had to shut my well off for four days before getting it fixed which I had to hire it done and they finally reimbursed me for it.

I was told that if FAHBP does not respond in 48 hrs. You get it fixed and they have to pay for it? Is there anyone in Texas Government that can make them do what they are being paid to do and IS THERE ANYONE WHO WORKED FOR THEM HAVE ANY TIPS TO SHARE ABOUT THEM TO HELP US. IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW & I also would like to know what Texas rules and statues this company is obligated to follow, if anyone knows.
