Ripoff guarantee policy was a lie

I was sold a Septic Helper over the telephone. The salesman told me to try it out for a few months to see if I really liked it, and if I didn't, I could simply call and get the return procedure. After 60 days, I called to advise them I was unhappy with the product. Robert advised me I only had 30 days to return from the date of order (I didn't even get order for 15 days after ordering). Robert advised me that I may have been told something else, but their "verification" paperwork says 30 days. When I asked for copies of that, he then tried to MAKE A DEAL and drop a big $20.00 off my almost $200.00 order.

PLEASE do not use this company. I am stuck paying hard-earned money, don't make the same mistake.
