Linda Kelly is a fraud

Linda Kelly blames other dell entities yet does not acknowledge that they are one. She pretends to be on your side and to be helpful, but she does not follow through unless threatened by a law suit or a large media outlet like 7 on your side. She makes promises and then does not follow through on them. Eventually, if you call her back to see why she has not followed through on her promises she becomes rude and tells you to stop calling. She is essentially employing delay tactics for dell and has no intention of doing anything to help the customer. Linda Kelly is a big fat fake and don't be fooled into thinking she is on your side.
