It is not unheard of to make $100,000 working as a title abstractor. Most abstractor will not teach you how to conduct a complete title search. Here is where William Stephens comes in.

Mr. Stephens know that this information alone will not help you to learn the business properly. He will not make himself available to meet with you. He will not provide a valid mean of contact other then an email address, which he hides behind.

As an abstractor, you will need E&O insurance. He does not mention this in the course. You must be in the business about three years to purchase E&O insurance. Not to mention E&O insurance cost anywhere around $2500 a year with no payment plan. You must pay it all upfront.

No company will hire you independently unless you can provide proof that you have been in the industry for years. The promise he makes to list you in a directory is garbage. The directory is owned by him also, it's a part of the scam.

I imagine 1000s are getting scammed out of their money by this fake! If you really want to learn title abstracting, I say go to the courthouse and try to network with someone who is already in the business. They will give you the truth; you cannot learn the business through a crappy online course!!!
