They present themselves as Bank of America helping the US Government RIPOFF

This company presents themselves as something they are not. They say that they are with Bank of Americay (a reputable company) and that you are due money from the US gov't and that they need to simply verify your bank account name and # and they will send you the money within 48 hours. Then they say that 48 hours after that they will then need to collect their assistance fee of $49.95 and try to get you to let them record your information verifying you understand about the fee. They are very smooth operators and even "seasoned and suspicious" persons can be taken in. So beware!
