Communications Plus - 19 Communications
Ripoff, bank fraud, long distance slamming, multiple company names

This company has two different names, one is 19 Communications and the other is Communications plus. Anyway these indivduals charged my account without my authorization, claiming I allowed them to do so. First of all the number they claim to have put long distance service on was cell phone which did not belong to me it actually belongs to my brother. Furthermore this phone has long distance on it anyway because it came with his plan, therefore their is no need for an outside long distance service.

I did not get a letter they claim to have sent me concerning this crooked business. Basically, this company is slamming customers and they have very unethical practices, this is the reason for this letter.

It really is not about the money but it is about the principle of taking something from an innocent person. At first they claimed that they would pay me my money back, but then a coward named BEN told me he was the manager and he will not be giving me nothing, he also stated that he could care less about how this happened he said I should have noticed it along time ago. However, I did not notice this until my bank account went in the negative balance because I rarely use the account.

This company owes me more than $450.00 dollars over a 12 month period of time, and the must pay me my money as well as the others they have messed over. Thanks in advance to all.
