Spam e-mailer poses as free t-shirt site then takes personal information on a sub-site RIPOFF

The website in question poses as a free t-shirt company. The free t-shirt is sent in exchange for e-mail addresses. The e-mail addresses are used to send spam e-mails.

The site also asks for the home address and phone number of the person receiving the free shirt. After everything is filled out the site proceedes to send the user to another site.

The sub-site asks the user to complete a survey. The 'survey' consists of numerous spam offers that ask for personal information. Personal information includes but is not limited to: first and last name, home address and phone number, credit card information, social security number and driver's license number.
