Ripoff -dishonest - fraudulent billing - unbenounced charges

After a free trial to Classmates.com charges incured to the ol bank account and when I tried to contact the 800 number given by the bank (72 mins later) I get cut off from these? #@^ people only to try to call again. Luckily while on hold I stumbled across this amazing web site which I'm grateful to for allowing me to vent my frustration on this co., and to? Why, no better yet how can "simple Escapes " be allowed to get away with this
My sis in law and I Ask since it was her card & our accont which got us to this point!!!
