Ripoff, dishonest, never sent product

They called me from my cellular phone saying I qualified for a $5000 grant and al they needed was my account number. Well I actaully believed them and gave it to them.
They said they would send me a package in the mail of forms or things I needed to fill out in order to obtain the grant, but i never received it. I called them once to try and cancel but they told me i had to wait for the papers because one of the forms was a cancellation form. But i still never recieved it.
They took out $249.95 out of my account, and every so often, I get a withdrawn amount of $99 from company's ive never heard of. I assume they are associated with them.
This all started in March. I just never thought of doin anything untill now after i read some of the comments from other people.
