Ripoff withdrawed money from my checking

On july i got a bank statement that someone took money from our account i called and was told after 15 days it would be back in my account ended calling them agian and again 79.00 might not be much to some but when you are on a fixed income do to disability you miss this.
The address didnt even match are did the email you would think there would be justice in there somewhere
