LVAAP ripoff

I am overseas in the military and when I recieved this notification I knew it was a total ripoff! Any form that tells you that you are sworn to secrecy and wants money up front is obviously a fake.

I wanted to contact the Las Vegas fraud unit but they don't have anything online.

The Attorney General for Nevada only deals with internet fraud. You can't email him either. You have to call which is an expensive waste.

Why doesn't someone in the police find this PO Box and catch these people. Mean while I am sending the heaviest stuff I can from here in their prepaid envelope.
