Never sent item, but took my money quick enough!

I made an order with the above mentioned site on the 15th of June. As I live in the UK, and this company is based in the US, I checked the delivery wait before I ordered. As quoted off their own site, "International Super-Fast AIRMAIL shipping, for customers OUTSIDE the USA, is only a flat rate of $10.95 per order, no matter HOW MUCH YOU ORDER!". So I placed my order and waited...

They took their payment on the 17th of June, so I figure it got posted the same time. Being that it usually takes a week to two weeks for airmail to arrive from the US, I thought three weeks was a fair enough time for it to take. So three weeks later, I'm still waiting. 4 weeks come, still nothing.

I decided to send them an e-mail, using their own "Contact Us" form on the website. I give them my order number, card type, date order placed and the order description. I send them a mail saying that I hadn't recieved anything yet, and is this normal? I wait three days, and I get no reply. So I sent them another, thinking it must have got overlooked. A couple days later, and still nothing. So I start sending a mail everyday, in the hope that someone might answer me. I even sent a copy of the mail to their e-mail address, but still no reply.

It's now been 51 days and I'm still being ignored. No delivery, no reply, no nothing... Aside they took my money. This is my last resort before I give up on them completly. I get alot of internet exposure, and will happily make it cleary known that they are nothing but scammers if I hear nothing back soon.
