Liar, ripoff, con artist

This guy is a con artist at heart. He took a 1,500 dollar deposit for "due diligence" for his services. He was to come and evaluate my house, then buy the house, and give me a loan on top that. I then was to pay the loan amount as well as the house.

He worked with a guy name Bob Cioffi. He has broke off tides with this guy supposedly because he ended up screwing him too. He has a world of people looking for him. I actually tracked down the guy and am sparing his life at the moment.

He got scared and promised to pay my deposit along with interest. However he called my lawyers with prepaid phones so they couldn't trace him, so when i was going to get him again, he started road triping everywhere, not knowing I had some one following him.

I know every detail about this guy, he has a female (Stephanie with her kid), and he is probably defrauding some one now. The reason Im on here is so I can get together with the other people he has defrauded and we can get together and nailed this guy.
